(a)Definitions. As used in this Section: "Commission" means the Budgeting for Results Commission established by this Section. "Result area" means major organizational categories of State government as defined by the Governor. "Outcome area" means subcategories of result areas that further define, and facilitate the measurement of the result area, as established by the Governor.
(b)Statewide prioritized goals. For fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, prior to the submission of the State budget, the Governor, in consultation with the Commission established under this Section, shall:
(i)identify statewide result areas that are most important for each State agency of the executive branch under the jurisdiction of the Governor to achieve for the next fiscal year and (ii) identif
