§ 17 — Ethics disclosure

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS·Act 15 ILCS 310/ Secretary of State Merit Employment Code.
No employee of the Office of the Secretary of State may violate any constitutional or statutory requirement to make ethics disclosure, and violation thereof shall be a basis for discharge notwithstanding any other provision of this Act.
