Text

Illinois State Police access to driver's license and identification card photographs. The Secretary of State shall allow the Illinois State Police to access the driver's license or Illinois Identification card photograph, if available, of an applicant for a firearm concealed carry license under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act for the purpose of identifying the firearm concealed carry license applicant and issuing a license to the applicant.
