Text
The Secretary of State may, upon written notice of at least 5 days to the person, require the person to appear at a Driver Services facility if:
(i)the Secretary has issued an identification card in error;
(ii)the person has become ineligible to retain the identification card; or (iii) the Secretary has good cause to believe that the identification card was issued based on invalid, fictitious, or fraudulent documents. Upon the appearance of an identification card holder at a Driver Services facility, the Secretary shall, as applicable, correct the identification card error, issue a new identification card, or verify that the identification card holder possesses valid identification documents. Refusal or neglect of the identification card holder to appear shall result in the cancellation
