§ 45 — State and federal law and administrative rule requirements

All postsecondary institutions and school districts shall ensure that dual credit courses, instructors, and course documentation meet requirements established by State and federal law and administrative rules adopted by State agencies and are aligned with the Higher Learning Commission or other applicable accreditation agencies.
