§ 25-25 — Officers; meetings

Members of the Board appointed by the Governor shall elect by secret ballot from their own number a chairperson, who shall serve for a period of 2 years from his or her election and who shall preside over meetings of the Board, a secretary, and other officers that the Board deems necessary. The secretary and other officers shall also serve for a period of 2 years from their election. Meetings of the Board shall be held at least once each quarter on the campus of Northeastern Illinois University at Chicago, Illinois. At all regular meetings of the Board, a majority of its members shall constitute a quorum.
