§ 20-105 — Fiscal year

The fiscal year of Illinois State University shall terminate on the 30th day of June, and all reports of Illinois State University, except catalogs and circulars, shall be addressed to the Governor. Annual reports shall contain a full account of the financial and other transactions of Illinois State University at the close of the fiscal year, together with a full statement of the then condition of the endowment fund, and shall be presented to the Governor on or before the 15th day of November.
