The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign shall conduct a study, subject to appropriation, on the effect on Illinois families of members of the family purchasing Illinois Lottery tickets. The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign shall report its findings to the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2011.
