Text

Enrollment and entrance age for children of active duty military personnel. Students must be allowed to continue their enrollment at grade level in the receiving state commensurate with their grade level (including kindergarten) at the school in the sending state at the time of transition. A student who has satisfactorily completed the requisite grade level in the school in the sending state is eligible for enrollment in the next highest grade level in the receiving state. A student transferring after the start of the school year in the receiving state shall enter the school in the receiving state at his or her validated grade level at an accredited school in the sending state.
