Text
Any dealer who violates the provisions of Sections 28--7 or 28--9 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100. Whoever violates any of the provisions of the foregoing sections of this Article, except those of Sections 28--7 and 28--9, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
