§ 22-82 — Assessment reporting

(a)Before the 30th day of each school year, beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, every school district shall report, for each of its schools, all of the following to the State Board of Education, using a form developed by the State Board of Education:
(1)Every reliable assessment that measures a certain group or subset of students in the same manner with the same potential assessment items; is scored by a non-district entity; is administered either statewide or beyond Illinois, such as assessments available from the Northwest Evaluation Association, Scantron Performance Series assessments, Renaissance Learning's STAR Reading Enterprise assessments, the College Board's SAT, Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate examinations, or ACT's Educational Planning and Assessment Sy
