(This Section scheduled to be repealed in accordance with 105 ILCS 5/1E-165) Sec. 1E-30. Chief executive officer. The Authority may appoint a chief executive officer who, under the direction of the Authority, shall supervise the Authority's staff, including the chief educational officer and the chief fiscal officer, and shall have ultimate responsibility for implementing the policies, procedures, directives, and decisions of the Authority.
