(This Section scheduled to be repealed in accordance with 105 ILCS 5/1E-165) Sec. 1E-125. Complete authority. This Article, without reference to any other law, shall be deemed full and complete authority for the issuance of Bonds and bond anticipation notes as provided in this Article.
