Text
If a school district has an Internet web site, the school district shall post its current annual budget, itemized by receipts and expenditures, on the district's Internet web site. The budget shall include information conforming to the rules adopted by the State Board of Education pursuant to Section 2-3.28 of this Code. The school district shall notify the parents or guardians of its students that the budget has been posted on the district's web site and what the web site's address is.
