§ 2A-55 — Forest preserve districts; commissioners; time of election

A forest preserve district commissioner elected under Section 3.5 of the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act shall be elected at each consolidated election to succeed each incumbent commissioner whose term expires before the following consolidated election.
