Text
A member of the Board of Review in any county which elects members of a Board of Review shall be elected, at each general election which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of any incumbent member, to succeed each member whose term ends before the following general election, except that members of the Cook County Board of Review shall be elected as provided in subsection (c) of Section 5-5 of the Property Tax Code.
