Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Comptroller - Time of Election. The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State and Comptroller shall be elected at the general election in 1978 and at the general election every 4 years thereafter.
