§ 2A-49 — Board of School Inspectors - Member - Time of Election

A member of a Board of School Inspectors shall be elected at the consolidated election which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of any incumbent school inspector, to succeed each incumbent school inspector whose term ends before the following consolidated election.
