Text

A trustee of a Sanitary District which elects its trustees, other than the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago or the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District, shall be elected at the general election in each even-numbered year which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of any incumbent trustee, to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term ends before the following general election.
