Cities under Commission Form of Government - Commissioners and Mayor - Time of Election. A mayor and the commissioners of all municipalities which have adopted the commission form of municipal government shall be elected at the consolidated or general primary election which immediately precedes the expiration of the term of the incumbent mayor and commissioners.
