The 59 legislative districts of this State are divided into 3 groups for the purpose of establishing the terms of Senators elected from each group. The districts in each group are distributed substantially equally over the State. The 3 groups shall consist of 20, 20 and 19 legislative districts, respectively, with each group having as its first district number, one of the numbers 1, 2 or 3, and shall be comprised of other district numbers, as follows: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49 50 51 52 53 54 55 56 57 58 59
