§ 1A-14

Political activity by members of the State Board of Elections.

(a)No member of the State Board of Elections may become a candidate for nomination for, or election to, or accept appointment to or hold any other remunerative public office or public employment or any office in a political party. No member of the State Board of Elections shall:
(i)contribute, either financially or in services or goods or any other way, to any political committee;
(ii)serve as an officer of any political committee; or (iii) be a candidate who is designated as the candidate to be supported by a candidate political committee.
