§ 69-224 — STANDARDS FOR AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES

Idaho·Title 69 WAREHOUSES·Ch. 2 BONDED WAREHOUSE LAW
The department is authorized, from time to time, to establish and promulgate standards for agricultural commodities by which their quality or value may be judged or determined. So far as practicable such standards shall conform to the official standards of the United States or the state of Idaho applicable to such agricultural commodities as the same may from time to time be fixed and promulgated. No warehouseman in this state shall insert in any receipt issued by him any language in any way limiting or modifying his liabilities, or responsibilities, as imposed by the laws of this state.
