§ 69-213A — ANNUAL NOTIFICATION

Idaho·Title 69 WAREHOUSES·Ch. 2 BONDED WAREHOUSE LAW
Beginning in the year 2005, on or before December 1 of each year, every licensed warehouseman shall send written notification to each individual having an interest in any agricultural commodity stored in their warehouse for a period of thirty-six (36) months or more, or having an interest in any open credit sales contract related to an agricultural commodity with the warehouseman, for the purpose of confirming said interest, which notification shall include the name of the individual, and the type and measurement of the agricultural commodity. Notification shall be sent by United States mail, postage prepaid to the last known address of each individual.
