§ 63-3022O — ADJUSTMENT — PROPERTY ACQUIRED AFTER SEPTEMBER 10, 2001 — SMALL BUSINESS EXPENSES — LIMITATIONS ON ASSESSMENTS AND REFUNDS

Idaho·Title 63 REVENUE AND TAXATION·Ch. 30 INCOME TAX

For taxable years commencing on and after January 1, 2001, in computing Idaho taxable income:

(1)(a) The adjusted basis of depreciable property, depreciation, and gains and losses from sale, exchange, or other disposition of depreciable property acquired after September 10, 2001, and before December 31, 2007, shall be computed without regard to the bonus depreciation available under subsection (k) of section 168 of the Internal Revenue Code and the adjusted basis of depreciable property, depreciation, and gains and losses from sale, exchange, or other disposition of depreciable property acquired after December 31, 2009, shall be computed without regard to subsection (k) of section 168 of the Internal Revenue Code, provided that to the extent a taxpayer cannot use the additional depreciatio
