§ 61-625 — ORDERS NOT SUBJECT TO COLLATERAL ATTACK

Idaho·Title 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION·Ch. 6 PROCEDURE BEFORE COMMISSION AND IN COURTS
All orders and decisions of the commission which have become final and conclusive shall not be attacked collaterally.
