§ 60-107 — “DAILY NEWSPAPER” DEFINED
Idaho·Title 60 PUBLIC PRINTING AND OFFICIAL NOTICES·Ch. 1 CONTRACTS FOR PRINTING — PUBLICATION OF NOTICES
"Daily newspaper" defined. A newspaper published within the state of Idaho for five (5) consecutive days a week, excepting legal holidays, is hereby declared to be a daily newspaper within the meaning of section 60-106, Idaho Code.
