§ 5-332 — CONSENT FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT
The authorization or refusal of consent for emergency medical treatment under section 5-330 or 5-331, Idaho Code, shall be governed by chapter 45, title 39, Idaho Code.
