§ 45-408 — CLAIM OF LIEN FOR PURCHASE PRICE
Every person mentioned in section 45-403 claiming the benefit hereof, must, within ninety (90) days after such cutting, file for record with the county recorder of the county in which such saw logs, spars, piles, cord wood or other timber was cut, a claim in substance the same as provided in the next preceding section, and verified as therein provided.
