§ 45-109 — LIEN TRANSFERS NO TITLE

Idaho·Title 45 LIENS, MORTGAGES AND PLEDGES·Ch. 1 LIENS IN GENERAL
Notwithstanding an agreement to the contrary, a lien, or a contract for a lien, transfers no title to the property subject to the lien.
