§ 40-308 — MEETINGS — QUORUM
The board shall hold not less than twelve (12) regular meetings each year, on a day of each month as the board shall determine, unless a legal holiday, then on the next ensuing business day, for the purpose of transacting business as may come before it. The chairman of the board shall preside over all meetings, except that he shall only be permitted to vote in the case of a tie vote. In the absence of the chairman, the vice chairman shall preside over meetings, except that he shall have full voting privileges. Additional regular meetings may be held as the board shall determine in its by-laws, rules and regulations.
