Each of the following institutions is hereby constituted and confirmed a body politic and corporate and a separate and independent legal entity and is hereby further constituted and confirmed as a governmental instrumentality for the dissemination of knowledge and learning: "The Regents of the University of Idaho," "Lewis-Clark State College," "Idaho State University," and "Boise State University." A corporate purpose of every institution, in addition to any other purposes thereof, shall be to acquire any project.
