§ 25-2406 — LIMITATION ON POWERS OF COMMISSIONERS
The provisions of sections 25-2401 and 25-2405 shall not be construed to confer upon the board of county commissioners any jurisdiction over animals otherwise prohibited from running at large under existing laws.
