§ 25-1103 — STATE BRAND INSPECTOR — APPOINTMENT, SALARY, BOND

Idaho·Title 25 ANIMALS·Ch. 11 STATE BRAND BOARD
The state board shall appoint the state brand inspector who shall be a nonclassified state employee and who shall serve at the pleasure of such board and the salary of such officer shall be fixed by such board within the limits of any appropriation available therefor. The state brand inspector shall be bonded to the state of Idaho in the time, form and manner prescribed by chapter 8, title 59, Idaho Code. The state brand inspector and personnel of the state brand inspector’s office shall be employed by the Idaho state police to serve under the direction of the state board in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the state board.
