Text

The division shall be authorized and empowered to make and enforce such rules and regulations as shall be deemed necessary in order to cooperate with the United States department of agriculture/animal and plant health inspection service/veterinary services to prevent the introduction or dissemination of hog cholera, pseudorabies, or other contagious, infectious or communicable disease among swine or other livestock of this state. Swine shall not be imported or brought into this state for any purpose except in accordance with the said rules and regulations. Swine shall not be exhibited at any fair or exhibition, except in accordance with the said rules and regulations. Hog cholera serum or virus shall not be manufactured or sold within this state except in accordance with the said rules and
