§ 25-143 — TRANSPORTATION OF SHEEP FROM QUARANTINED AREA

Idaho·Title 25 ANIMALS·Ch. 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES
It shall be unlawful for any transportation company or operator of any motor truck to receive for transportation or transport from the quarantined area of this state into or through an unquarantined area of this state or receive for transportation or transport within the quarantined area of this state any sheep, or as a connecting carrier knowingly receive without the quarantined area, sheep from the quarantined area, and transport the same within the state, except as hereinafter provided; nor shall any person, company or corporation deliver for such transportation to any transportation company, or operator of any motor truck, any sheep from the quarantined area, except as hereinafter provided; nor shall any person, company or corporation drive on foot or cause to be driven on foot or tran
