§ 25-141A — SCRAPIE ERADICATION AREA

Idaho·Title 25 ANIMALS·Ch. 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES
(1)The state of Idaho is engaged in the eradication of scrapie from sheep and goats within this state and in cooperation with the United States department of agriculture in the eradication of scrapie from sheep and goats outside of this state. The board is authorized to quarantine the whole state or any portion thereof and the movement of sheep and goats is prohibited except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the board promulgated for the purpose of preventing the introduction of scrapie into Idaho from any other state or country. Any person, firm, corporation or other recognized legal entity, who shall bring into the state or move within the state any sheep or goats in violation of the provisions of this chapter or the rules of the board, shall, upon convi
