Text
Records required by the department to validate the collection and remittance of assessments, including, but not limited to, production summaries, receiving records, conditioning reports, records relating to the payment of seed crops and seed indemnity fund reporting forms of a seed buyer, and financial records that may be required pursuant to section 22-5113 (4), Idaho Code, shall be held confidential and will be protected as production records according to chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code. These records shall not be subject to disclosure unless specifically authorized in writing by the licensee or as otherwise authorized pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.
