Idaho Statutes
§ 22-4712 — BONDS OF AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES
The administrator, or any agent or employee appointed by the commission shall be bonded to the state of Idaho in the time, form and manner prescribed by chapter 8, title 59, Idaho Code. The cost of the bond is an administrative expense under this act.
