§ 22-4708 — CHAIRMAN AND ADMINISTRATOR OF COMMISSION
The commission shall elect a chairman who is a commission member and may employ an administrator who is not a member of the commission, or may contract with another state agricultural commission or similar agency for the administration of the commission’s business.
