Text
Every dealer shall maintain accurate records of all alfalfa seed and clover seed handled, packed, shipped or processed by him. The record shall be in such form and contain such information as the commission may by rule prescribe, and shall be preserved for a period of two (2) years, and be subject to inspection at any time upon request of the commission or its agents.
