§ 22-4018 — PENALTIES

Idaho·Title 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE·Ch. 40 BARLEY — PROMOTION OF MARKETING
(1)Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. Fines collected for violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the Idaho barley commission account.
(2)Any person or firm who makes payment to the commission at a date later than that prescribed in section 22-4015, Idaho Code, shall be subject to a late payment penalty as set forth by the commission by rule and regulation. Such penalty shall not exceed the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum on the amount due.
