§ 22-4016 — DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TO SELLERS
(1)The purchaser, at the time of settlement, shall make and deliver separate documents for each purchase to the sellers.
(2)The documents shall, at a minimum, contain the following information:
(a)The name and address of the seller.
(b)The name and address of the purchaser.
(c)The number of hundredweights of barley sold.
(d)The date of the purchase.
(3)The documents shall be legibly written and shall have no corrections or erasures on the face thereof.
(4)Unlawful or willful alteration of any document required under this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.
