§ 22-3813 — LICENSE APPLICATION — FEE — BOND — REVOCATION — FORFEITURE

Idaho·Title 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE·Ch. 38 MINT INDUSTRY ACT
No person shall act as dealer in the essential oils without having obtained a license as provided in this act. Every person acting as a dealer shall file a written application with the commission for a license as such which application shall state the applicant’s name, principal business addresses within and without the state of Idaho, the name of the person authorized to receive and accept service of summons and legal notices of all kinds for the applicant within the state of Idaho and such other information as the commission may require. Each application shall be accompanied with a license fee of two hundred dollars ($200) and by good and sufficient surety bond in the penal sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) executed by the applicant and as principal and by a surety company authorized
