§ 22-3504 — QUALIFICATION OF GROWER MEMBERS
Grower members of the commission shall be selected because of their ability and disposition to serve the state’s interest and for knowledge of the state’s natural resources. Members shall be citizens over twenty-five (25) years of age, residents of the state who have been actually engaged in growing peas or lentils in this state for at least three (3) of the previous five (5) years, and who derive a substantial portion of their income from growing peas or lentils in the state of Idaho.
