§ 22-3422 — PENALTIES FOR OPERATING WITHOUT LICENSE
Any person operating as a professional or private applicator or dealer without a license shall forfeit to the state for each day’s operation one hundred dollars ($100) as a civil penalty and such operation may be enjoined upon complaint of the director.
