§ 22-2923 — PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS

Idaho·Title 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE·Ch. 29 BEANS — PROMOTION OF INDUSTRY
Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and all fines collected for violation of this act shall be paid into the Idaho bean marketing and production promotion fund.
