§ 22-2323 — DISPOSITION AND USE OF MONEY RECEIVED

Idaho·Title 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE·Ch. 23 NURSERIES AND FLORISTS
Fees collected shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the agriculture inspection account created by section 22-104, Idaho Code, and such fees shall be used only to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Additionally, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) from each license fee collected under this chapter shall be credited to a special nursery research and education account. The state nursery and florist advisory committee shall approve the distribution of research and education funds to further educational outreach and research into nursery and floral production and pest control.
