§ 22-2307 — RENEWAL OF LICENSE

Idaho·Title 22 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE·Ch. 23 NURSERIES AND FLORISTS
(1)The fees for the renewal of the annual license required by this chapter shall be paid with the application for license renewal before January 1 of each year. Any license not renewed by February 1 of each year shall be assessed an additional twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee along with the required license fee specified in section 22-2305, Idaho Code.
(2)Failure to pay the fees when due forfeits the right to operate as a grower, dealer, or agent.
(3)Any person who has been previously licensed to grow or sell nursery or florist stock and whose right to grow or sell has been forfeited shall not be issued a renewal license except upon written application to the department accompanied by a sum of money equal to the regular license fee as provided in section 22-2305, Idaho Code.
