§ 19-606 — PERSON ARRESTING MAY SUMMON ASSISTANCE

Idaho·Title 19 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE·Ch. 6 ARREST, BY WHOM AND HOW MADE
Any person making an arrest may orally summon as many persons as he deems necessary to aid him therein.
